We had a great time! We visited on the day of a big game and sat on the patio since we brought our dog, and the place was very pet-friendly. The margaritas were fantastic—definitely not something you find everywhere, and I've tried many places. All our food was delicious; I had a burger, and we enjoyed the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. Overall, it was a fun experience! Even though it’s a chain, the food and atmosphere were both excellent.
I always enjoy the fresh food at Buffalo Wild Wings. The only reason I’m not giving more stars is because the service is really slow—they often take forever and just stand around talking. It feels like the staff doesn’t prioritize the customers. They definitely need better training or a serious meeting to improve. The manager doesn’t seem to care either. That said, the food is excellent.
I had a fantastic time with my family celebrating my niece's birthday! There was no waiting time at all! We were originally supposed to meet at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Monterey Park, but they didn't have any tables available for parties of 10 or more. So we headed to the Puente location and had an amazing time!
