We came to Buffalo Wild Wings in search of a good burger. We are greeted as we enter and see a large group enter in front of us. They were immediately seated without delay (good to see) and we were given a booth. Menus were given and drinks arrived promptly. The staff is very cordial and enthusiastic. The menu has changed since our last visit and their Midwest Philly is no longer available but their other offerings look outstanding. I opted for the Smoked Brisket Burger. This was a double patty beef burger that included smoked barbecue brisket, cheese, pickles, grilled onions and a bacon aioli on a Challah bun. Thankfully there was an abundance of napkins because there was more meat than bun...
Don't waste your time here. It seems like most locations have gone downhill but I've never been more disappointed than I was at this location. We were greeted by one person who was pretty friendly but immediately handed us off to the hostess who very obviously did not want to be at work. We were sat pretty close to the waiting area and it smelled horribly of sewage, so we asked to be moved. Our waitress acknowledged the smell and said it happens all the time and moved us a bit further away. She was nice enough but all 4 of the different people who helped us were pretty dismissive and none of them seemed to be having a good day. The food was meh. Our recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings left much to be desired. Despite opting for the unlimited wing deal, the wait time was excessively long, stretching to a staggering two hours. Throughout the three-hour ordeal, the service was shockingly slow, with no water refills in sight. The forgetfulness of our waitress further compounded our frustrations, as we had to reorder, only to endure another 40-minute wait. By the time the food finally arrived, it was disappointingly cold. Such a disappointing experience tarnished what should have been an enjoyable dining outing.
I go to this BWW regularly because I love wings. But, I don't think they've ever gotten my order correct. Usually I pick up the order to take home and I've never received both the dipping sauce and veggies when I always ask for both. Once I got an empty veggie bag lol. The people that work there are nice but definitely don't have attention to detail. The food is good if you actually get what you ordered.

We were a party of 11 so I expected it to take a bit longer but 1:45 minutes from when we were seated until we got our food was a bit long. Thankfully they had UFC fights in the big screen.
Broke my 8+year vegetarian streak with buffalo wild wings, but i also got cauliflower wings to soften the blow. both are so good!
The beer battered strips are tasty and very well prepared, however, there were items missing from my order.
The Chicken Caesar Salad was soggy and old brown lettuce and crutons were old and stale
