"I ordered wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, but all the sauce was at the bottom. When I asked the shift manager for a refund, I was told only the general manager could help. It’s frustrating that something as simple as putting the sauce on top is such a problem. While $15 isn’t a huge amount, this experience fell short of expectations. I’d recommend going to Elmhurst or Berwyn instead!"

Dear Jonathan, Thank you for reaching out to Buffalo Wild Wings. We're sorry to hear that your recent experience didn't meet your expectations, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback. It’s our mission to provide exceptional bar food, and we’re disappointed that we fell short during your visit. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the great service and delicious food we strive to deliver. Sincerely, Buffalo Wild Wings Guest Relations --- This response seems overly automated and doesn't convey that my concerns are being taken seriously. Speaking for myself and many others who have had regrettable experiences at this location, I feel compelled to...

My first visit to the restaurant was decent, but my second experience left much to be desired. My order took an unusually long time, and it appeared that other customers were also waiting for quite a while. I ordered a wing bundle with a fountain drink, but I was informed that the drink machine was broken. They told me I would need to speak to someone else to get a refund, and they couldn't provide a bottled soda because it was more expensive. As a result, I ended up without a drink and still had to pay for it. When I got home and opened my box, I found that the wings were cold and seemed to have just a small drizzle of sauce on them, rather than the proper mix-in that I expected.

I wouldn’t recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings location because of the poor service. It was my first visit today, and they completely botched our order. I asked for a chicken sandwich with honey BBQ sauce but got it plain instead. I also ordered a BBQ bacon burger, but what arrived was just a very salty American burger. The staff were yelling and cursing at each other, which was very unprofessional, especially since we had young children with us. This place definitely needs better staff training or perhaps a new team and management. If you want a better experience, the Elmhurst location offers much better service and food quality.

Last night, we placed a pickup order at Buffalo Wild Wings, scheduled for 7:50 PM. When we arrived, we were told that all the pickup orders had been stolen. We ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes to get our food, which was frustrating but manageable. However, once home, we noticed several issues: my wings had hardly any sauce, we received a small portion of fries instead of the potato wedges we ordered, and there were no ranch, Bleu cheese, or celery included, even though they were supposed to be part of the menu items. This was the second time we’ve had problems at this location, so we’ve decided not to return. Book a table now
