This takes a lot for me to go this far to give this location a poor rating. I’ve been to this location multiple times hoping that the next experience would be better. However, that idea has failed me time and time again. The service takes forever no matter what waiter/waitress you get. And that’s highly unfortunate because a lot of times it’s not the waiter/waitress fault. Usually, it’s the kitchen’s fault. But the waiter/waitresses have taken forever just to even take your drink order. Tonight is a promise example. We had AND finished our appetizer BEFORE the drinks were even on the table. I only gave one star because that’s all it allows. I forgot to leave my last and final review because I’ll never go back to this location again. After my terrible experience the first time around I was foolish enough to try again. I should have left when they told me they didn’t have any cups at all and we had to wait until someone finished eating just to get our drinks. Took 20 minutes before host finally asked us how many. There were dirty tables for over 2 hours and still dirty as I'm writing this. We never saw our waiter after we got our food so never got refills. Staff stood around laughing and talking most of the time. We saw many people walk out because they were waiting so long to be seated. Food tasted like hockey pucks. This was so terrible...I hope all BWW aren't like this. Sticking to wingstop for now.

The meal was enjoyable as always. I ordered the naked oysters, along with a dessert, an iced tea, and their new legendary Long Island drink. The waitress mentioned she was in a good mood, but she never brought the extra side of dessert to my table. Although I wasn't charged for it, the waitress never mentioned it again. In general, the meal was good and the service was satisfactory.
Waiters were rude, picking and choosing which tables to attend with better service. Trash and napkins are thrown everywhere on the floor. Food was barely warm. Would not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings to anyone unless you’re eating/drinking at the bar.

We usually go on Tuesdays during lunchtime with the excuse of two for Tuesdays and always enjoy our time there. The staff is nice and accommodating.
