Worst service ever, we waited almost an hour to be relocated to another table because our party count changed, we were told a table was being prepared for us and then manager Fabian Andrade came to us saying that the table was given to another party. Server Rebecca was not helpful at all, she said prices were not the ones on the menu?? How come you will have a menu that has wrong info to confuse your customers?? She was rude at all times. The dinning room was dirty and no one came to clean it for us while we waited for nothing. Worst BWW in the area, if owner can let me know when I reach out to him so I can make a formal complaint or I will have to call your corporate offices. Thanks
I have the buffalo burger which was amazing and the wings were excellent my **** Mary was OK the olives are tiny and I asked for extra olives and he never brought them to me. Kind of disappointing I asked for an extra plate and they said they couldn’t give me an extra play just give me a little bowl of some paper which is weird. I asked to see the dodger game that’s one of the main reasons why when I want to see the dodger game during my visit there and they were playing the Dodgers. Otherwise I had a good time and they didn’t acknowledge my birthday.
sad by the refusal of service. went to buffalo wild wings at 11:07 clock and was told that they were closed and not sitting someone. online it means they close at midnight! we asked to take along and they said that the kitchen was closed after 23:00. they should post online that they do not sit or feed customers after 11:00 on Saturday.
Everything was fine. Except after I was leaving, I had forgotten a to go box at my table. I wasn't even gone for 30 seconds, so I ran back in to get them and they had thrown them in the trash already. It was a whole 16 piece wing meal. I wasn't offered ANYTHING in return. So I lost out on a $20 dollar wing order.
