I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I asked the manager for a freshly made burger, he refused to accommodate my request. Instead, he took one from the shelf, packaged it up, and offered it to me. I declined the order since I specifically asked for a freshly prepared burger. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue for me; every time I've visited, I've ended up with a cold burger topped with cheese that hasn't even melted.
The staff here are friendly and genuine. The restaurant is clean, and there’s even a TV to enjoy while you eat. I once left my change behind, and the cashier kindly brought it to my table. It's clear that the staff truly care about their customers, unlike the rude and snarky employees at the McDonald's on Flanders.
Nobody orders nuggets without sauce. When you put the nuggets in the bag where do the minds of these workers go? Is it a control thing ‘like you all laugh at the sauceless customer pulling out of the drive thru? My kids are looking at me like the first day of school now. Thanks BK,i guess its your way.
This location has been to notch a far as freshness of the food goes. The service is also great. I usually go during lunch and haven't had a cold or stale meal yet. It's been so good they've pulled me away from wendy's which is on the next corner and was my go to for many years. Book a table now
This location is not honouring Whopper Wednesdays at all anymore. The only reason I ever stop here so…. They refuse to say why. Just saying the app is not theirs. They were up until a couple weeks ago. Now it’s just greyed out for this location.
I ordered some breakfast for a little over 6 bucks. The sandwich was loaded and it came with hashbrowns and a drink. I don't think you can beat that price for the amount of food. The food was good as well. Thought I should mention that!
We have been visiting this restaurant for the past five years, and it has always maintained its high quality. We’ve never had a negative experience, whether dining in or ordering takeout from this location.
Asked for two cheeseburgers without pickle. One had pickles one didn't. Can't put together a simple order. Imagine how they can screw up a bigger order. Book a table now
This is THE BEST B.K. going . ALWAYS quick , courteous and correct . Some other fast food places screw up your order but not this place !
