I give this place a one! They never have fresh chicken, the grease has to be old. My order is always wrong. I always check, but this last order I did not, thinking you can't screw up a 2pc chicken only dark meat. Boy was I wrong. Got home, to my surprise don't know why I was surprised... there in my box one leg that looked old as I am, one breast. Tried to eat the breast but it had a strange taste, left a flim in my mouth. Greatly improved. Ordered a five piece chicken tender meal with lemonade. For $9 and tax received 5 chicken tenders, decent size coleslaw, small fries, a biscuit and for me what was a large lemonade. I have to tell you out of all the chicken chainrestaurants Kentucky Fried Chicken is still the best. This location has improved immensely went to the drive-thru it was fastthey were courteous and the food was fresh and hot. Will definitely be back.
If I could give no stars I would. My boyfriend and I went to get food. The MANAGER was at the window and refused to put cheese on a chicken little… when the Hackettstown one does even though it doesn’t come on it. The manager was so incredibly rude I highly advise no one to go here unless you want to be treated with the most disrespect. Very upsetting. And a little ridiculous. When I told him he was being rude he told me “that’s fine”.
The food was very good. The atmosphere was great. The service was ok. I had a coupon which was valid but the manager said it wasn't in the system and gave me a problem. In the end she met me half way which wasn't a real solution but I accepted it. If the system rejects me a second time then I will have to throw the towel in but for now, people were waiting for me and I had to take it. I hope they get it together before my next venture

This place is disgusting. Stay away. Our chicken was completely pink inside. I brought the food back to show them. The inside stunk so bad we couldn 't breathe. No refund. And no call back from the manager or owner. My money was taken and they ran with it. 50 some bucks. This is for the owner and your laim reply back. Be a man and refund my money. Stop hiding from people you take advantage of. Why are you refusing to call me back ????
On July 9, I arrived at 9:39 PM and was informed that they were closing early and refused to assist me. According to Google, they close at 11 PM, but they claim to close at 10 PM and then chose to close even earlier. I drove 15 minutes to get there, and now I have to find food for my family elsewhere. Thanks a lot!
Chicken was dried out couldn’t even eat it I paid $40 plus dollars mac and cheese was bottom of the barrel gross the coleslaw was half filled…where do you go for good food not here can’t call a manager how do I get a refund and they can come get the food outta my garbage
Overall not too bad for a fast food joint. The restaurant was relatively clean, the food was prepared quickly, and the cashier was personable (although she was young, and could've had a little better English speaking skills.
