On Saturday 30th September at around 7pm we visited your restaurant at the Quayside in Glasgow. As I was placing our order the gentleman standing to the right of me unfortunately took a fit and slumped to the ground where he was, now unconscious. I proceeded to put him in the recovery position. I then asked your staff to call an ambulance and to get the first aider to come and help the man. He then proceeded to have another fit. To my utter dismay there was no-one first aid trained!! The duty manager Mark called 999 and was relaying back to me that they would not send an ambulance, so not only was I dealing with the man on the floor, I then had to take over the phone call and demand an ambul...
Pushed for time after a cinema visit at Springfield Quay, i popped in here looking for a tasty snack. Big mistake. The items served look nothing like their advertised photographs. It should be a crime under trade descriptions act. I plumped for the classic double cheese. Whats classic about it i'd love to know. Take a look at my picture. These are the thinnest burgers i have ever seen. I had to send out an expedition to search for the cheese. They are so small that in the U.S. this would be sold as a slider. Also pretty tasteless and unappealing . With a very small portion of fries included this mess cost £2.99. Mcdonalds are doing a similar promotion for a Big Mac and Fries for only £1.99....
The restaurant was clean, but the staff were mostly hidden behind covid screens and were chatting amongst themselves. They no longer needed to interact with customers directly as Burger King has implemented self-serve kiosks for ordering. My female companion used the restroom and found a strong smell of urine and diarrhea splattered throughout the cubicle, which was very unpleasant. We have visited other Burger King locations without issue, but we will not be returning to this site due to the poor experience.
After attending the Rangers game and enjoying a night out in Glasgow, I woke up with a mild hangover and found a Burger King conveniently located near my hotel. The obvious choice for breakfast was the 'Bacon Double Cheese XL Burger' and a 'Diet Coke', both of which were satisfying. The restaurant was practically empty, so I received my order within five minutes. I hope that Burger King will expand into the breakfast market in the future, as I believe it would be a successful venture.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The meal was fresh hot. Even though the staff were under a bit of pressure they were attentive to my needs. Took the time to explain how to benefit by explaining how to use the BK app. The restraunt was clean welcoming, this combined with the attitude of the staff gave a very pleasant atmosphere. I also went to the toilet which was clean fresh. In all one of the best Burgger Kings I have visited. Top marks.
Visited this Burger King at Springfield Quay Glasgow for my birthday tea visited on Saturday the 16th of December at 6:24PM seats comfy staff were amazing food came out in 5 minutes food was good got a medium 6 chicken nugget meal a cheese melt king box and a BBQ king box instead of a crown I got a activity page and crayons very impressed well done Burger King
This was a disappointing experience. The food was of low quality and not worth the price. The halloumi fries, priced at over £3.50 for six pieces, were cold and flavorless.
no offer of ketchup or salt. Weren’t given napkins or straws! Wouldn’t have even got our order if I didn’t ask where it was. Very disappointed

Had a burger King after not eating fast food for a while. I always regret eating burger King and this was no different.
