On March 29, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was cold—there's nothing worse than a cold fish sandwich. The staff had a poor attitude, and it took 30 minutes to get our order while we were the only customers in the dining room. To make matters worse, they served the wrong food, and we didn't receive a receipt. When I politely pointed out the issue, they just smirked and said nothing. There's nothing positive to say about this place. It was the worst experience I've had at a Burger King, in Alabaster, Alabama. Proceed with caution.
The drive-thru service was quite disappointing, characterized by grunts and a lack of friendliness towards every customer. How do I know this? It was my first visit to this location, and it felt like a ghost town — there was hardly anyone around. If customers aren't expressing their dissatisfaction, it's likely because they've given up and are visiting less frequently. We'll be making our choices known through our absence from this place. By the way, I've noticed that prices have recently gone up as well.
I asked to eat at the place and they packed it to take away, they didn't give any kechut, salt at all and I had to grab a tray to be able to eat at the place, they didn't bother to give us in, I didn't like the food, it was good, the atmosphere was very dull.

This Burger King seems like it's. Stuck in the 1990s and not well staffed my worse BK experience in the area. Will try to avoid it next time.
Just close it. Being understaffed is understandable, but y'all simply don't want to be there and it shows.Edit: Y'all still need to close.
Tried to visit at 7:00 PM, but lobby was locked. We were told they were short of help, plenty of staff with only one car in line.
The service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed quite unhappy and unwelcoming.

There was a strong smell from the bathrooms when you walk in the door. Won't go back.
