I have made the mistake of eating the green mud on one of the burgers; I'm just going to the bathroom to be sick. the attached photos and the reception are real. my wife had the good sense to throw her chicago angus away after she had opened...
I tried the shake and win feature on their app. It was supposed to be included in my shopping cart but it was not. I ended up getting charged for it. The staff was unable to assist and suggested contacting head office. They refused to offer any compensation, not even free fries. In contrast, McDonald's would simply reimburse you. However, the burger was very tasty and satisfying.
The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and has a friendly demeanor. During my visit to the drive-thru, I was helped by a guy named Lucas who was very attentive and humorous. Another employee, Dario, took my payment and was extremely pleasant. I received my order from Lucas again at the second window. I highly recommend using the drive-thru for a great experience.
I was in the area for a few extra hours than planned and decided to indulge. I ordered the Bacon Deluxe Burger meal and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was immaculate and the staff were constantly cleaning up after customers and keeping the tables spotless. It's not a place I would typically frequent but the meal was great value for the money.

This HJ's used to be inconsistent and somewhat of a worry - over the past 12 months they have lifted their game and now is a good outlet to frequent - food quality has improved a considerable amount. Recommended!!
