TLDR: Must pay for water cups (against BK policy, should be free) and rude employees.It was an average experience until I finished and paid for my order. I asked the employee for a cup of water which she denied and said I had to pay for a cup. I then notice the sign they have up that says no free water cups and that everyone must pay for one. While I understand that there may be challenges with the staff or systems, I believe that management could improve by providing better training for new employees, especially during busy times. It would also be appreciated if they acknowledged and apologized to customers for the long wait times, perhaps even offering a complimentary drink as a gesture of goodwill.
The customer service at this restaurant needs improvement. The person at the register spoke very quietly through the loudspeaker, making it difficult to hear them. It also seemed like they were having a bad day and taking it out on everyone. This will be my last visit to this place. The food was not worth the price, as there was too much mayo on the sandwiches.

My experience was not pleasant. The cashier, an apparently Indian lady, was rude to customers and coworkers, she did not thank customers. The tables and the floor were dirty.

My IMPOSSIBLE WOPPER was horrible. It was overcooked and hard. French fries were cold. I won't go there again.
