The drive thru is always slow whether you're just grabbing a couple of drinks or a meal order. From the drive through window you can see behind the service line and there was trash on the floor. I seen employees grabbing stuff from shelves (not food items) and then going on to prepare food. I left without picking up my food and demanded a refund. The level of cleanliness is not on pare with their health score. The health inspectors need to do better as does some of these fast food restaurants
Took 21 minutes from the time on my receipt to get my food. Was hoping it would at least be fresh. Got my hopes up, bc it wasn't fresh. Thought maybe it was just one or two employees that acted like the life was being sucked outta em, but after watching the manager interact with customers, I can see why the employees acted this way. I'm good. I'll visit a BK in another city before coming back to this one.
I'm not claiming this is a gourmet restaurant, but you can tell that the staff genuinely puts in their best effort. The food was well-prepared, and the fries were incredibly hot. The store manager has been around since at least 2008, which speaks to a certain consistency in their practices. While they may not be perfect, they certainly deserve a bit of kindness from time to time.
The drive-thru took ages; the person working there even said over the speaker that he had to use the bathroom and left before we could finish our order. The woman who eventually completed our order seemed to act as if it were a burden. We paid $22 for two combos, only to get home and discover that the food was cold and there were no condiments. Ordered a Wopper w/cheese, 2 wraps and a drink and after having to huddle up for 10 whole minutes, they forgot the cheese. Felt like a asked her for the square root of the total price. Who's training these people?
This Burger King serves some of the worst-tasting food I've ever had, and the staff is quite rude. This location definitely does not live up to the "Have It Your Way" motto at all.
We always order online and our food is always fresh and hot when we come to this location.
