The manager on duty (I think her name was Elizabeth) lacks customer service skills. She also lacks patience. She is rude and disrespectful to a paying customer. Mobile orders must be picked up inside the restaurant. I thought I should tell you that before she yells at you through the drive through speaker and tells you to take it up with her GM. GM.
