I had mixed feelings about my visit. I love Burger King, it's one of my favorites, but the cleanliness was an issue – the floor and tables were dirty. Also, I noticed that there was an African American girl who seemed overwhelmed and didn't seem to be doing well. Additionally, there was no soda in the machines and one of them was out of ice. I left feeling quite disappointed, especially at the McArthur Road location in Allentown, PA.
They're like 5 people working, like 6 customers including myself and sister, 4 customer already eating, I'm waiting for 20 minutes for someone to take my order every 2 I'll be right with you, 30 minutes later someone took my order, then wait 15 more minutes to get my order, not satisfied with the service, that's why you get 1
I walked into Burger King and noticed there was no line, so I thought it would be a quick visit. However, I was in for a surprise! The staff was extremely slow, and I ended up waiting a long time before getting my order. When it finally arrived, it was disappointing! I won't be returning to that Burger King again!

I had to wait half an hour for my DoorDash pick-up because the drive-thru was extremely slow. It was a frustrating experience.
Wait over 10 min at counter while the manager and lady walk by you 20x. Order never taken. Not good customer service at all.
Received one wrong sandwich. Other than that it was good. Live the French Toast sticks! ? Book a table now
