Warning! What has happened to Burger King? This place really needs to shut down and be replaced by a more reputable spot like Chick-fil-A. To start, the customer service was terrible—no greeting or welcome at all. It was obvious the employee didn’t want to be there, showing no smile, eye contact, friendliness, or even a simple “have a nice day.” When my food arrived, nothing tasted fresh. The chicken sandwich was cold with slimy, wilted lettuce, and the fries were soggy and cold—absolutely disgusting. I ordered three combo meals for my family, and the total was $36. Completely unacceptable for that level of service and quality. Don’t make the same mistake I did by eating here.
For several months, there was a sign that advertised they accepted EBT. I went in to use it, but the staff were incredibly rude. They insisted that they didn't accept EBT, even though the sign had been prominently displayed for the past three months. When I pointed this out, they simply denied ever accepting it. I felt this was misleading advertising and unprofessional treatment of customers.
I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant, but the staff here were somewhat rude and rushed. I couldn’t complete the rest of my order without being interrupted. I understand the fast-paced nature of fast food, but customers should be given a chance to finish their sentences!
The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and is very clean, with friendly staff. I ordered the original chicken sandwich along with fries. Unfortunately, the fries were slightly undercooked, and the sandwich was dry, as it only had a small amount of mayo in the center.

Burger King is an awesome spot for ice cream! Their cones are absolutely delicious and a great addition to their menu.
