I personally don 't have anything against Burger King and have always loved it more than Macdonalds as a child. My only concern and problem is happens to be with the staffs and management of this location franchise in Pinole, CA. I believed the manager or so called assistant manager by the name of Lizeth or whom ever it was that was managing drive thru at this location around 3pm yesterday needs to be reevaluated for her job description. She 's very rude and highly unprofessional when it comes to accommodating customers.
Two year ago, I liked to get the breakfast sausage meal early morning. Furthermore, if you could find a coupon, you could get it $4 tax. In February 2022, I bought two Big Kings $6 on the BK app, as it was advertising a comeback. To my surprise, itwas much smaller than I had before, see the current picture. The wrap paper stated Bacon King. I asked one Burger Kingemployee and wondered if he gave me the wrong item, why is it so small? and he did not say anything.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The customer service for both breakfast and lunch is outstanding. The ladies providing service are fantastic, and one staff member named Jordan really stood out. His customer service skills are impressive, and his positive attitude makes the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
