As I showed the customer service representative my mobile order confirmation, she appeared confused and overwhelmed. She hurried to the back and dropped a batch of onion rings into the fryer. A few minutes later, I had my order in hand and was on my way out the door. However, just a mile down the road, I discovered that the onion rings were only half cooked. I was too far away to go back. I really hope the restaurant improves their procedures; after all, what if this had been a beef burger or a chicken breast? Getting the order right is definitely more important than speed.

I reported this to the restaurant and emailed corporate, but it took them three days to respond. I have also filed a police report in hopes that someone will inspect the establishment.
