Asked for no mustard. Person taking order said this burger doesn't come with mustard so she didn't add no mustard to my order. The burger had mustard and had to be redone. Ordered a combo and was not given my cup for my drink. Was not given my receipt. Employees didn't speak good enough English to understand me.
it seems that I can never get good seasoned feeds from bk, no matter where. everything is half cold, unseasonal and to complete it, they never get the order right. I say whopper level with screed, I end up with whooper full loaded with mayo. smh getting an employment when I ask for a replacement.
They take your drive thru order,tell you to park on side,Then they forget about you!After watching other cars get there orders, I had to walk in and let them know, I was still waiting, never have I been to such disorganization, never again!!!
over 8 minutes are waiting for 3 orders from French toast sticks. no one in the sneaky before me. no apologies or declaration for late. When I revoked the French toast sticks, they were smart and half cooked. they threw them out. Book a table now
I don't recommend anybody go to this establishment due to their horrible service to customers and their horrible reaction when a customer has a problem with the employee making multiple orders wrong
also the employees are efficient and friendly. my orders are never easy. no, the extra. always seasoned, serviettes and straws in the pocket. and a thank you works for me. go there, eat fast right.
Jipped me on two sandwiches didn’t give me a receipt won’t answer the phone. Drove there only to find they wont replace without the receipt. Avoid this Burger King.
