I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant because, well, it's fast food. I prioritize speed, freshness, and cleanliness in the dining area and restrooms. Customer service tends to be lacking because the employees don't seem particularly motivated. However, considering the low prices, I believe it's fair not to have high expectations. As long as the staff doesn't do anything to upset me, I don't deduct any stars from their rating. The food was served quickly, but I personally don't enjoy Burger King fries, although they were fresh. My chicken sandwich had some rough edges, but it was still edible and worth the low price. Over the past decade, I have visited multiple restaurants on the south and west side. It appears that they are top tier in quality, with consistent offerings and staff. Thank you to all who work there, you are truly the best! If I were to hold more events, I would definitely hire your staff.
The manager of the restaurant is very kind. I accidentally left my cell phone there, and she made sure to keep it safe for me until I could come back to retrieve it.
