This location is horrible. I am never returning. I visited this spot on Tuesday, 12/6 around 2:30pm. The young lady, a drive through cashier, was super friendly. However, the young man was so unnecessarily unfriendly. He had a horrible attitude andcustomer service skills were lacking. It was completely off putting. The food was average and cold at best. Fries were sloppilyadded to the bag. I won't be back. If employees act like dealing with customers is such a bother, then I'll take my businesselsewhere.
Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Food was terrible. Asked for my Onion Rings to be cooked longer cuz 1st ones were under done to just get fresh ones the same way. Drink machine was out of everything and worker had to get drinks for us. Which seemed like a problem. Our whole presence seemed like a problem. Should have taken the empty parking lot as a sign. Not the first bad experience here, but it will be the last.
Gave up on this location a while ago. Today I drove by and saw the empty drive thru so I stopped. 2 minutes later after hearing nothing at the speaker I pulled up to the window. Staff did not look busy at all. I love the occasional BK burger but they makeit impossible to get. And their customer service is even worse than liberty rd popeyes !
Poor customer service, tea was old and asked for two new drinks both being sprite and that tasted like carbonated water with a hint of lemon. Paid $4 for two sides of bacon and they were literally half of my pinky finger size with about five pieces in each box. This reminded me why I don't eat at Burger King just awful

I don?t understand why this location is horrible I live 9 min from it. I literally ordered off the app a cheese burger and fries was handed a burger with no cheese like seriously this isn?t my first time having a messed up order it?s just time to stop goinghere thank god the building a chick fil la across the street.
Pleasant to your face but the quality of product is poor. Fries were stale and the slice of tomato I payed extra for was only a slice in definition, and was barely a sliver. This is what you can expect on a daily basis from this location so save yourself the trip and go across the street to McDonald's.
The food at Burger King was hot and tasty, but the popularity has slightly slowed down the service. The manager was considerate and explained that the busy period was due to a hash brew. I'm happy to see Burger King doing well, with a great location, friendly staff, and a diverse menu.
Was only 1 other car in the drive through. Waited 10 mins to be waited on. Just to pay and be told to pull around that the food wasn?t ready. Waited another 5 mins to receive the wrong food. Out side trash can overflowing. Staff very unfriendly. Horribleexperience.

I waited over 15 minutes from ordering to picking up at the window. I'm not sure what was going on, but that is entirely too long when you are on a schedule. PLEASE INCREASE THE DRIVE THRU SPEED. My order was a simple 2 for $4 breakfast sandwiches.
The morning shift employees are ok but the afternoon and evening staffs are rude and need some customers service training 101. I gave it a 3 stars because the food is warm when I receive it.
