My order was a complete disaster. I specifically requested a Whopper meal without onions and cheese, and instead of fries, I wanted onion rings. When the employee handed me the bag, I noticed there were fries inside. She told me to keep them and gave me the onion rings. I double-checked to make sure the burger was correct, and she confidently assured me that it was. Regrettably, I took her word for it. Once I reached my destination and checked the burger, I found that it had onions on it. It was inedible and a waste of money. I've learned a valuable lesson: NEVER trust a Burger King employee. I won't be returning.
This Burger King is outstanding! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The restaurant is well-maintained, and the food is delicious. In contrast, the Burger King on Hacienda in La Puente is quite disappointing. It takes ages for them to prepare the food, the employees are unfriendly, and the meals are consistently cold.

This was our first and last visit to this Burger King. I love their burgers, but they need to make it the way I order—I’m paying for it, and I definitely don’t want hair in my food!
This restaurant has been recently renovated, and now each table is fitted with power outlets, making it easy for customers to relax and charge their electronic devices. The service is notably fast; they consistently deliver food quickly, even during peak times, especially when compared to other establishments in Glatwin Park.

WAY to cold to sit enjoy your food! There was a hair in my Chicken nuggets I asked for a plain Cheeseburger and was given everything in it So this was our 1st last time visiting this particular Burger King! I love their burgers but they must make it to my liking! I'm paying for it right! WITHOUT HAIR in my food!
The staff here are extremely friendly. The food is served hot, just like you would expect from a fast-casual restaurant. They prepared my order quickly and got it just right. It's a fantastic place for a quick meal before hitting the autobahn.
The fries were hot, but the chicken nuggets were served cold. We ordered to eat in, yet our cold food was bagged to go. I had to ask for a tray, and that’s when I noticed others at nearby tables eating straight from their bags.
The food was tasty, but I had to take the initiative to check on my order, as I wasn't notified when it was ready; it was simply sitting on the counter.
