AVOID AVOID AVOID ! I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger at Burger King, Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. The male member of staff kept addressing me as love in a slimy tone like some throwback to the 1970s just ugh! I was handed the burger I had ordered and took it away. The burger was utterly rancid: Firstly it was cold. The bread roll was rock hard around the edges, stale, and inedible. The cheese slice was rock hard around the edges and was inedible. The burger was so cold the middle of the cheese slice hadn 't melted. The bacon consisted of a single tiny rasher which was cold and congealed in lumps of fat. The food was mediocre, but the service was lacking. Two out of the three drink machines were empty, and the one that was working only had regular Coke with no flavors. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they ignored me and walked away. I requested a different drink and was given a 250ml Capri Sun (only black currant flavor) with a paper straw, which is typically a drink for children. It would have been better if they had informed customers of the issues before purchasing or at least put up a sign. I won't be returning to this restaurant.
This review only relates to the purchase of hot drinks. We ordered on the digital ordering platform because there did not appear to be any alternative. I do not like this method of ordering and feel that not to have an alternative could be interpreted as discriminatory. Service has been rated as Terrible , because there is only a minimal service element involved. The drinks were of average quality and the Dairy Free tea is basically black tea with no alternative type of milk. Our experience on this visit does not encourage us to return.
I visited this restaurant with my family and was disappointed to find it in a messy state, with trash both inside and outside. They didn't have any cold drinks available, so I had to settle for ordering a coffee on a hot day. Additionally, I was concerned that the staff were not wearing gloves while handling our food. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my McChicken sandwich and decided not to eat it. Overall, this experience was unpleasant and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The service was adequate, but the food was extremely disappointing. We were unable to take advantage of the meal deal offer, as the screen kept indicating that it was not available. As a result, we ended up paying £22.00 for two very soggy chicken burgers with minimal toppings and cold, reheated chips. The overall quality of the meal was poor and left us unsatisfied.
worst fast food outlet i have experienced place was disgusting, staff rude, food cold and poorly prepared. salad was old and hardly anything in the sandwiches. no fizzy drinks or ice cream. Company should be ashamed of themselves.
One of the better Burger Kings out there, very friendly, fast, and they've always gotten my order right!
