I waited over 10 minutes and experienced very poor service. I understand that things can take time, but it would be courteous to turn off your headset before making rude comments about customers, especially when they can hear you. Both women in the drive-thru were without name tags and seemed more interested in chatting than taking our order, showing an unpleasant attitude. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable.
My first visit to this Burger King was disappointing because the burger I ordered made me feel unwell for the entire day. Hoping for a better experience, I returned today and ordered a burger with cheese and ketchup. However, the staff misunderstood my order and included bacon, Thousand Island dressing, and onions instead. I regret spending $5 here—it's a frustrating place.
I've been visiting Burger King for as long as I can remember, though I hadn't been back in several years. This is an older location, but when I walked in today, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. The customer service was outstanding. Naturally, the food was the usual Burger King fare at their standard prices, and the menu offered all the familiar options.
This is by far the worst Burger King I've been to. They never have freshly brewed iced tea, and the cooking oil tastes rancid—I strongly advise against ordering the French fries. Twice, they served ketchup and mayo straight from packets! Giving one star feels generous. It's no surprise the parking lot is almost always empty. Book a table now
Ordered two whoppers and only got one. I went back to get the other and all they could do was say oh yeah it?s right here. They did not care wouldn?t even look at me. I get home a couple minutes later and the burger was dry. They take forever to give youyour order as well. I would not recommend going there again.
I would give zero stars if I could! This place is incredibly slow. I understand that fast food can take longer when it’s busy, but when the restaurant is completely empty and I still have to wait to place my order while the staff is just standing around doing nothing, it's really frustrating!
Burger Kings moto was Have it your way , not at the eustis location. The management of this store has managed To destoy what used to be a place to bring you family for a good meal. The food now served cold by the staff who just don 't care. What a shame
The 2/$10.00 and 1/$5.99 meal options are genuinely substantial meals, complete with generous drink sizes! They offer a wider variety of delicious choices, making them bigger and better. At this rate, they might just put McDonald's out of business! Book a table now
I didn’t receive my order, and since their phone isn’t working, I can’t even call them. Now I have to waste gas driving there and deal with the staff? I’m really upset. I also work in fast food, and it’s not that hard to get a small order right!
