I ordered the Green Goddess sandwich and was disappointed to see that it didn’t resemble the picture at all. It turned out to be mostly bread with just a bit of lettuce and sauce. The bread itself was smaller than I had anticipated. My husband went for the soup and a tuna sandwich, and he felt that both were pretty lacking in substance. Overall, the restaurant seems to prioritize their bread, which I do enjoy, but I don't think it justifies the high prices on the menu.
I was really let down by the Signature Take Chicken Sandwich. The chicken was overcooked and dry. As for the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, there was more bread than chicken salad, although the Cream of Chicken Wild Rice Soup was quite tasty. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering those again. I also used DoorDash five times this week, and the best experience was with Wendy's. With the other orders, either something was incorrect, or the food was poorly prepared.
Panera Bread locations are generally consistent, but this particular spot feels newer and has noticeably friendlier staff. It truly deserves five stars across the board with its reliable food quality and a clean, comfortable atmosphere. I appreciate how well this location is maintained and will definitely visit whenever I’m in Eustis. Parking is convenient with spots right outside the door. It’s very kid-friendly and fully accessible for wheelchair users.
I recently placed an order with Panera, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite clearly stating my preferences, my order came with multiple errors. This was disappointing, as I had anticipated a higher level of quality and accuracy from Panera. I'm really frustrated with Panera Bread lately. Every time I order a salad, it never comes as requested. Even when I pay extra, the add-ons are missing. Following the manager's advice, I now ask for extra dressing on the side, but I still only receive two half-filled containers with my salad. On top of that, the hot items from the menu often come undercooked.
I was disappointed to find that my sandwich was missing from my order. When I called to request a refund, I was informed that I needed to drive back to the restaurant, which is a 20-minute drive. Unfortunately, I'm leaving town and can't make the trip back. Overall, this experience has left me frustrated with the customer service.
I recently visited Panera Bread for the first time, and it was fantastic! The Broccoli Cheddar Soup was my favorite; it was cooked to perfection. I also loved their Frozen Caramel Cold Brew, which had a great balance of coffee flavor and sweetness. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
This restaurant is quite overpriced. The food was just mediocre, and the portion sizes were small. The new strawberry mint lemonade was disappointing and lacked the flavor that was promised. Overall, I found it to be a significant letdown. Book a table now
