We would give zero star! We ordered AND PAID for catering at this place on Sunday for our “pamamanhikan” this Thursday. We ordered Adobo, Kaldereta, Sisig na Bangus, Pinakbet, and Lumpiang Shanghai. We called today, Wednesday, to confirm our pick up. Lo and behold, they cancelled ALL of our orders less than 24hrs before the event claiming they can’t do it! What a terrible customer service!! If you couldn’t do it, you should have said it the day we placed our orders OR at least called us back that day that you can’t do it. What a terrible place!!! Will never come here for any catering services!!!
I ordered from this place at 9Am!! Way before they opened to schedule a breakfast delivery at the earliest available time and then I got a call when my order was suppose to arrive that they won't be making my food. What the actual flying frick to be honest.
This place is absolutely one of the finest place to eat in the region. Anytime I go there I am very happy. They maintain their high standard service and the topmost level of food they serve. You are always happy with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
