The website states the store opens at 5:00 am. When I visited this morning 3/1/22, the store sign stated it opens at 5:30 am. Since companies are on the internet and their hours are posted, employees need to make sure their posted hours are correct. Google emails company?s periodically to remind them. This is the age of social media so it?s each company?s responsibility to use social media correctly, which includes providing accurate information to the public.
Barista who took our order was nice but might have been high, he looked out of it. Our order never went through. After waiting for 45 minutes and asking multiple time to hear responses like ?I?m working on it right now? we find out that our order isn?t even on the list. We had to leave because we were in a rush but a 45 min wait for coffee that you never get is unacceptable. No refund, no nothing.
This is by far my favorite Pete's location in the East Bay. I usually stop by early mornings on the weekdays and the morning shift crew are spot on. They always get your order right while working efficiently and greeting you with a smile! The regular patrons love this place as well! The employees know their orders by heart.
I usually go here and work in my laptop. Like any other Peet?s coffee, they have a good place and good food. It?s very convenient since Walgreens, grocery market, Krispy Kreme, Subway and others are nearby. It?s very convenient and safe. It?s very relaxing and when you look far away, you can see the mountains. Book a table now
Order through the APP and just stop by and drink is ready. Once there was a glitch in the APP and made it up to me with a free beverage. Staff are always cheerful and friendly. If you don't order thru the App it can be time consuming, depending on the hour
The food is excellent. I especially love the Chicken Waffles Sandwich also the Turkey Sausage Breakfast Burrito is at the top of the list. Peets Coffee is superb to any other exceptional Baristas!
Great place to study although it does get chilly but thats better than being out in the summer heat! The black tie is always consistent and great! Awesome staff with lots of seating in and out.
Instead of cancelling an item so I can get something else, they put a note saying out of stock after it was delivered. That was supposed to be my breakfast for the day. Book a table now
Coffee was good, service was fast. The cheese danish and cinnamon roll I had seemed old already even though it was early still
