I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and found a diverse crowd, including many students, which is expected in a university town like Chicoutimi. I ordered the pulled BBQ tofu sandwich and an iced coffee frappé. The frappé was deliciously sweet, creamy, and frothy, and it didn’t get diluted since it wasn't overloaded with ice like other frappés or iced coffees. In a town filled with overpriced and flavorless food, we discovered a gem that would fit perfectly on 4th Avenue in Vancouver. If I were judging it against the rest of Canada, I would give it four stars, but in Chicoutimi, it truly deserves a 5+!
