I was ignored at the door by 4 waitresses - I decided I was going to take out since the energy in the restaurant was unbearable. Very stressful environment, the manager told me it was "because of the change of shift".... then told me "I was the one that was stressed out"... mmhA group of 4 was waiting behind me to pay at the cash with their half empty glasses of wine. They said they had to leave because another reservation was coming in so they were told they had to leave by 8.Don't go to this restaurant if they're in a rush, i was there during Festival de vins du Saguenay... not impressed by their staffOh yes... I came back at the hotel and they forgot to give me chopsticks... and napkins*c...
En visite dans la région, nous y sommes arrêtés pour souper. L'endroit est beau, l'accueil est chaleureux et les sushis sont délicieux. On y sent la fraicheur. Petit bémol, nous aurions aimé commander les choix du chef, mais aucun moyen de savoir combien cela couterait au final. Nous avons donc choisi des morceaux à la carte. Il serait intéressant que ce resto offre des combinaisons selon le nombre de morceaux désirés et établir un prix de base.
All the sushi places that I've tried here in the Saguenay region tend to have their own take on sushi (not all traditional fish used and lots of fruit incorporated). With this said, Temaki does the best. Best to get a reservation, as they tend to be busy at all hours especially on weekends. This is also the only place offering a food truck that will come to special events.

Le Temaki est un incontournable à Chicoutimi! Les sushis sont délicieux. L'ambiance Laisse toutefois à désirer. C'est très très bruyant et les tables sont collées au maximum.
Je n'ai jamais vécu quelque chose d'aussi extraordinaire, un orgasme pour les papilles, le mélange des saveurs, le couleur l'odeur font de cette expérience un vrai délice
La meilleure place pour manger des sushis! Tres belle endroit mais un peu trop bruyant. Mais c'est quand même ma place préféré pour les sushis.
