Not worth your time or money. They only act nice from behind the counter but they honestly don’t care about providing service or doing what’s right. Manager obviously has no customer service experience. He has no idea how to provide service. The manager decided it was better to lose a regular customer than to admit they made a mistake and provide an adequate solution. He tried to argue with me even though I accepted that they aren’t interested in providing customer service. Good food. Terrible atmosphere for anyone sensitive to high frequency sounds. Constant loud ringing noise from some sort of equipment. The equipment has nothing to do with construction. It's coming from their kitchen and has been there for at lease 2 years. I visited in May 2016, and decided to not go back, today I gave it another chance and the noise is still there. They seem to have either no awareness of the issue or no desire to fix it. Based on their deflection of the issue, I'm downgrading the review to 1 star. The food is good but the owner still needs to learn how to manage a customer queue. I was there with my son standing in line to order and the owner who also takes the orders kept on talking to the customer in front of me about their experiences of Jordan. Something which he could have done at their table after they got their food. I am not sure why it was so essential to catch up while there was a line waiting to be served.

The food was good and plentiful, but since they advertised that they accept reservations, I was expecting a nice sit-down restaurant with simple, classic Middle Eastern cuisine. Instead, it looks more like a Subway, which was not what I anticipated.
