We received a very friendly greeting and the staff kept us informed until we were seated. The menu had a great variety of options and there were plenty of cats around, but not too many to overwhelm our young guest who was nervous at first. There was no smell of cats and they were very entertaining to watch. The restaurant is brightly decorated, with an interesting and unique vibe. I would highly recommend it.
Food was good, staff were helpful. Felt a little sorry for all the cats with so many children chasing round after them. Every time a cat came near, it was closely followed by a kid at high speed! Best place to find a cat for a stroke is on the way to the toilets. The cats do, however, have a great number of toys, beds and scratching posts some high up to allow the cats to escape!
Overall experience was great for the kids. Customer service was okay, but the food, quality and food quantity and food temperature and all aspect of food was very very bad. Despite telling the lady the food wasn’t good. We were told I will speak to the manager and nothing further was done, really disappointed in that aspect and it has letdown experience.
The food was satisfactory and the customer service was excellent, however, the staff were unable to prevent unattended children from bothering and distressing the cats, leading to a disappointing overall experience. Book a table now

Nice coffee and pain Au chocolat :-) I cannot comment on the rest of the food. Nice location too and the interior is tastefully decorated.
Staff were friendly. Food was good but small portions. Admission price expensive. Enjoyed by my grandchildren. Nice surroundings.
This restaurant is perfect for bringing a teenager, but it's a shame about all the other kids running around. Book a table now
