Captain Hook's of Flossmoor offers some of the best chicken I have ever tasted. They cook the chicken to perfection, making it crispy and flavorful without being greasy or overly salty. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are quite reasonable. This place remains my favorite spot for chicken, without a doubt. Keep up the great work!
Utterly disappointing! I had hoped to give them another chance, but the food was simply awful. The fish was unappetizing, and the loaded fries had ground beef that tasted like it came straight from a package (I should have anticipated that). I should have stuck with what I know and enjoy.
Later, I went to Red Snapper in Matteson, where the staff was eager to take my order and offered me a similar special. As I was leaving, three employees thanked me for my business. I can't help but wonder if the owner had instructed them to treat customers so well.
