Frustrated, I ended up going home and making my own grilled cheese, despite being busy with work and school for 14 hours that day. I even asked her if I could just buy some sourdough bread and cheese, but she responded with a confused "What?" as if my request was ridiculous.
I’m sorry for leaving a negative review because I usually receive decent service here. This experience just didn’t meet my expectations. Maybe she simply needs more training, or it was just a hectic night. I’m willing to give her the benefit of the doubt.
As for vegetarian options, isn't grilled cheese a suitable choice for those who don’t eat meat?
It used to be really good there, but lately, they haven't been paying attention to the food or food safety. I ordered chicken stars, and they didn't seem well cooked. I also got a super star that felt cold. After going through the drive-thru, my stomach started growling.
My burger patty was not charbroiled as advertised. It seemed boiled and a foul grey. It smelled like a dog's bowl of water. Starving, and already home, I sadly just made the most of it. :
They keep getting my order wrong. The receipt shows the correct items, but I don't understand why I don't receive what I was charged for.
