The food at Carl's Jr. is fantastic, but I've consistently had a negative experience with the drive-thru staff. Every time I visit, the ladies seem to have an attitude. When I request condiments, they simply hand me my food and walk away without engaging. They never repeat my order back to me and often overcharge or mischarge me. It's quite unprofessional.
I can't believe they charge for soda refills! When you go to a fast food place, you expect at least a couple of refills, especially since they fill the cup to the top with ice — and with this heat, that’s frustrating. Next time, I’ll just go to the McDonald’s next door and get their $1 drinks instead of paying $3 at Carl’s Jr. plus extra for each refill.
The coffee here is really unpleasant, and it's hard to believe they charge over three dollars for it. It's extremely bitter and clearly old, plus it seems like the coffee pot hasn't been cleaned in ages. I'm thoroughly disappointed.
Terrible experience at night; the drive-thru was frustrating. Come on, Carl's Jr., you need to improve your staff training. The employees made me feel unwelcome. I won’t be coming back. Book a table now
