As frequent travelers to Paris, we have had pleasant and unpleasant surprises with Michelin-starred restaurants. We count our recent night at Carre des Feuillants among the most pleasant. The cooking was creative and the food delicious. But as important, the service was professional and at the level expected for a starred restaurant.
