Used to be open late into the night when the owners used to be there. Now they will only staff 2 workers all day on a busy Saturday. Not sure how they expect just 2 workers to run a whole shop during endless rushes of customers . Really messed up,I'm sure the owners are making a lot of money given the markup on ice cream . Ice cream was good though. Except the tub ofVolcano was half melted, but I would blame that on management because they probably wouldn't let the workers swap it out for afresh tub, and it probably happened due to understaffing

I'm a sucker for soft serve ice cream, so naturally I'd love Carvel. I've been coming here for years, from back in the day when they were in the stand alone building next door that's now some kind of car place. Clean and well maintained, its always nice coming here. I do wish they had tables or something to sit at, but not enough to detract from their rating. Oh and that Ghirardelli soft serve ice cream they sell is a must have!
I visited this store for the first time and saw a young lady making ice cream sandwiches with her bare hands. When I asked her why she wasn't wearing gloves while handling food, she informed me that her hands were clean and that gloves could be germy. I'm really concerned about the lack of infection control in this situation. I won’t be returning to this establishment!

I've visited this place before, and I've always found the cups to be generously filled, with impressive portion sizes and extra toppings offered. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Be prepared to wait a bit longer on Wednesdays, but who could resist the BOGO sunflowers?
I've always enjoyed Carvel, but recently their ice cream has been noticeably sweeter than usual. Some of the flavors I've tried have been a bit off, and even the scooped ice cream tends to be a little too soft. I recommend sampling the flavors before making your choice. Enjoy!
I absolutely love this place! They give you a lot more ice cream compared to other Carvel locations, and they really load up on the toppings for their hand-dipped ice cream. The only downside is that there's always a long line on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
I had a wonderful ice cream experience here with my dad. It’s always enjoyable! I tried the salted caramel flavor with pretzels, and it was quite delicious.
