We bought a $36 cake from this Carvel, and it was mostly chocolate with very little frosting decoration, which is quite different from their usual presentation. There was only a small amount of blue frosting on top. It felt like someone had forgotten to finish the cake before freezing it for sale. We were very disappointed and won't be purchasing another cake from here in the future.

Tonight I went to carvel to get a sundaes for people. An employee named kate saw I had a list and took the initiative to ask if she wanted me to give her the list. I did and she fulfilled my order successfully. I have not had such good service like that ina long time. Pick this carvel over all others.
I had a terrible experience! The website says they open at 11 AM, but when I got there, a sign indicated that they actually open at 12. I waited, but no one ever arrived. They really need to update their store hours information to prevent confusing customers!
The restaurant is quite small and overpriced; I paid $3.50 for a single small brown bonnet, which was much smaller than those at other Carvel locations nearby. Additionally, the staff was inattentive and unfriendly. I won’t be returning to this place.
I absolutely love ice cream, and whenever I visit my son and his wife, I always make sure to treat myself to a delightful ice cream cone from this place. It can get a bit messy at times, but it's always worth it because it's so delicious.

Good carvel and good service, the shakes are good and thick and this is a an easy location to get to with easy access to the parking lot with multiple entrances
The sauces my wife and I ordered tasted stale. This is not the Carvel I remember from years past.
