We stopped at this restaurant for a coffee before heading up to the mountain. The waitress was very nice so we decided to book a table for our anniversary once we came back from hiking couples of days later.The food was good. The terrace is beautiful with the view to the Mont Blanc.Service was ok, there was a lobby waiting between starter and main course. We have been served by all the waiters and waitress in the restaurant.m and it seemed like they are quite not ready for the service. But over all it was a good experience
Stopped here for a quick drink as we were staying nearby for a few days.Beautiful location with a great view of the mountains and glacier.Resturant looks lovely and the outdoor area was really well laid out.We have a few drinks. The waitress was very knowledgeable and we had some really tasty cocktails.Had a quick look at the menu and it looked the sort of place that delivered quality over quantity.
Outstanding presentation, creativity and quality. This is simply the best restaurant in and around Chamonix. TIP: If the weather is good sit on the terrace and enjoy the spectacular views of Mont Blanc. TIP: Don't worry about the bill it's only money and you cannot take it with you what price do you put on happiness :o)
We were here as a large group and service a bit erratic as on both course they forgot someone but food excellent . Very rich but large portions and beautifully presented . My squid and seafood risotto was delicious and everyone enjoyed their dishes. Desserts also looked great although I was too full to indulge!

We live here part of the year. This is a fairly new hotel and restaurant we have just recently visited it several times. We had very good service each time, the servers were very attentive to our needs. The 3 courses we had were very good and presented very nicely.
Great service Delicious food (truffles to die for) Lovely setting Wish we had gone here the first night in Chamonix and not the last as we would have gone back another night or two.
Really enjoyed our dinner at Le Castel. Food was amazing and so was the sweet girls servicing us. Den ene var endda dansk og skaffede os portvin og vanilje is! ???? Tak!
The setting with a view at the Mont Blanc is stunning. The food and service cannot keep up with the view. It was ok, but definitely not more than that!
