On my recent visit, I forgot to request jalapeños on my sandwich. When I politely asked the manager, who was the last person in line to take orders, if I could add them, he informed me that there would be a 50-cent charge. I was okay with that—the issue wasn’t the fee itself, but rather his attitude. Instead of being friendly, he became defensive and started going off on a tangent about it, even though I had done nothing to warrant his rudeness. I can understand that he might feel the need to be tough with his staff, who can be quite immature and sometimes gossip about customers for no reason. We eat at this place every time we go to the mall. We get the gourmet French fries that come with cheese and bacon every time. Today though, they put just a little bit of cheese in a corner and when I’ve asked them to ad more since they’re not cheap, they told me there will be a $1.60 more to do that. And while I’m telling the guy that it’s not wright what they’re doing since we’re paying more for the fries with cheese, a young kid comes over with the same request, same order, more cheese. I work at the mall and we get a discount when we buy food here, so I always take advantage of it. Today, I asked to use my discount again, and the cashier applied it without any issue. However, another employee came over and said something to her, and suddenly, when I was about to pay, she removed the discount. If you need to charge full price, just say so! It’s rude to say “yes, we have a discount” and then take it away. This was very disappointing.

The Manager was very rude !!! The sandwich was dry , and when I told him in a professional manner he got very loud with me , and another customer in line was getting involved too.He was the manager , when I askedHim to please speak in English , The customer who got involved for no reason was acting like she wanted to fight and she was being very out of line .
