Decided to give this place a try and to say the least the service and attitude of the place is really bad. First sign was ordering the food and the waitress said they didn't have any sweet potato fries and once the order was made to get the lamb burger which took more then 10 mins to get and my friend who ordered before me got their burger first. It wasn't until I had to complain that I hadn't received my burger that the waitress rudely said its coming and then when it did arrive she rudely shoved the plate to me. Next i ll go on about the burger it wasn't verybtasty to be honest no flavour at all to it I could only taste the taziki sauce and unflavoured lamb patty not to mention it didn't h...

Based on level 6 foodcourt of Pitt St Mall, I call this foodcourt the fancier counterpart to the lower ground one below in Pitt St. Charlie and Co burgers was a place based in the 'fancier' side, which I decided to give a go with a friend. The cashier was very pleasant in explaining my queries regarding what I could order during the late lunch time period of 2 pm. Already had brunch, so decided to try a quick 'bacon and egg brekky bite' ($6). For the value, it was definitely a nice treat, with the bacon and sauce being the key of the dish, although I didn't find particularly like the cooked egg in the bread. Overall, a nice place to dine at for burgers, and would still like to consid...
Wow for such overpriced burgers you'll think they would know how to cook a beef patty! Had quite low expectations and they were met! Ordered a double patty and bacon burger and the fried chicken breast burger take away. There's a window where you can see them cooking and i could see them prepare my burgers.. don't know how they were trained but these kids cooked my chicken first and left it sitting in the bun while cooking the beef ones last but lo and behold the beef took longer to cook than the chicken! This left the chicken super soggy when it was picked up while the beef was overcooked. The party tasted ok but way overcooked and for the price you're paying definitely not worth it stay aw...
Sydney Westfields food court has really nice places in there, one of them being Charlie & Co. I ordered the Southern Belle chicken burger with a side of sweet potato fries and the chunky tomato salsa. The chicken was grilled and cooked very well, it was not dry and had a lot of flavours as well as a spice hit. The meal was served in a huge portion and the tomato salsa was so good i ordered another one to put in inside my burger. It had a really nice sweet and citrusy taste, complimented the burger so well. Only downfall was, it was literally made from real tomato so i could not actually dip my sweet potato fries in it like i would with a normal sauce. Book a table now
This was quite simply, exciting. Ordered a Double Bacon and Cheese Burger, and it was love at first sight. Lovely buns, bacon cooked perfectly, slippery cheese draped over the delicious Angus Beef patty. The gherkins provided a satisfactory crunch, and the duo of sauces made this burger an absolute stunning behemoth, worth trying. My chilli fries were also a fitting addition, wouldn't you say so. Only con is the cost, no need for a burger with chips to set me back $25. That's beyond a gag to be perfectly honest, and something I believe will lose them competition to Grill'd the floor above. Overall, go for a visit, if possible. It is very, very good.
Reading previous reviews, we had high hopes for Charlie and Co; but our experience was somewhat mediocre and bland. For what it's worth the Angus beef patties were definitely of high standard- but it wasn't seasoned well. The classic Charlie burger didn't really have a "wow factor" to it, but we appreciate the fresh ingredients used in it. We witnessed a staff member just shrug off a customer complaint- and we took it as a sign to leave ASAP.
Charlie and Co are situated in the food court at Westfield Pitt St mall. It was a nice day so we grabbed a couple of hamburgers to go and walked down the road to Hyde Park to enjoy them. We went with the Classic Charlie burger which is a nice burger with an Angus pattie, salad leaves, tomato, cheese, mayo and their signature tomato sauce. A Good burger joint. aroundtheclockfoodie.com
I arrived on my unicorn at approximately 6pm. He was hungry, I was hungry, and bob was hungry. I ordered the producers, bob ordered the mighty, and my unicorn stuck with the original Charlie's cheeseburger. Bob informed me that my unicorn was allergic to mustard, unbeknownst to me. My unicorn swelled up and exploded upon his first bite of his delicious burger....The End Book a table now
Great burgers and you have to love the truffle fries! Great hip burger joint in the middle of the CBD. Its in the new Westfields so very convenient after a full day of shopping. The burgers are great (but a tad on the expensive side). A must try are their truffle fries yum!

"I was satisfied with the food. Burgers are between $14.90 and $15.90. The drinks are more expensive than other places, and the free Wi-Fi is slow and stops working intermittently."
