I can't understand the positive reviews about Charm as we just experienced the worst Thai meal we've ever had (and we eat Thai a lot). The vegetable spring rolls for entree were cold in the middle, the Chicken Red curry had no depth of flavour (suspect it was a packet paste with coconut cream that was sickly) nor any discernible herbs and the Phad Thai with soft shell crab was honestly inedible (and I am not fussy and will eat anything). It was made with thin round noodles, not the typical flat noodles, and only had the addition of a few fried tofu pieces. It was heavily coated in a thick (to be fair nice flavour) sauce but the whole thing was so gluggy we thought we were going to choke eati...
I hadn't been here for a while but I wanted Thai so I ordered takeaway using their website and picked it up myself.It was even better than I ren erred at was great value.I was also impressed with how many patrons were seated including two large groups, but my order was ready on-time.And it was yummy, so I plan to slowly work my way thru their menu.Enjoy.
I love Thai food, and this was excellent, I had the green curry chicken and satay chicken skewers, if have one thing to complain about it was the young lady who served me , her English was not up to some of my questions but she was very friendly and polite, prices were fairly standard as well, I will definitely go there again.

Always great food here ! I have been coming for years. Love the Massaman Osso Bucco and the warm Thai beef salad has some kick too it while the meat is tender and good quality
Recommended for all lovers of authentic Thai cuisine. The waitress serves you, cooks and only wants to please. Do yourself a favour and go!!
