Okay I went last week and ordered 2 Lemon/garlic butter combo 's and I 'm going to assume the lady was in training,because she couldn 't figure out how to ring the orders up correctly. The other lady came to help out and of course they started speaking in Spanish assuming that I didn 't understand what they were saying, but I understood every word they said. The lady in training said to the other one I think I over charged her and her response was so what just let me do it she won 't know . I waited for them to fix their error, but that was not a good idea on my behalf, because the guy in the kitchen did not follow instructions either. This review is about a month or so overdue. I've overlooked this place many times. It is in a busy shopping center where there is a Rite Aid, Starbucks, Carl's Jr. and more. I was attack by your manager, he told me I could not place my bag on the counter. I ask for policy, I explained that my bag can be placed on the counter, and customers do it all the time. He told me only customers can place bags on counter and touch my property. He called Doordash and canceled my order. I will be suing if he still works there. He violated California law, he can not touch me or my belongings. I went there this morning. I was served raw chicken with spices sprinkled all over it. I told the lady at the register that I could not eat that, she looked at me and said that's how they prepare it then went to the back. Didn't offer to replace or anything.
