I placed an online order for pickup around 2:30am on 11/9/2023 and I went to pick the food up. My food was fresh and hot but my drink was very watery so I honked the horn so that the associate would assist and switch my drink out. There were 2 girls there last night one had red hair and the other had really long burgundy braids. Neither one of them came to the window as I kept honking. We got in the drive-thru line i was excited for some good fries because other places has closed. I saw some plastic baskets laying on the ground, i assumed it fell from the high stack of basket next to it. So i kicked it to the side and went back to my car to wait. Until 15 minutes later, a worker came and put a cone in front of our car without mentioning it or acknowledging us. We were stuck until the 2 cars behind us turned around and left.
The worst service ever! Employees not taking or making any orders, won't come to the drive thru windows, and we have been stuck in the drive thru lane for over 40 minutes! Rude employees have their friends pulling up and chatting outside the restaurant, while we wait in line! Zero stars from me!!!!!

on 10/24/23 i ordered food from here last night and 2-3 hrs ended up throwing up more than 5 times and had to go to the hospital . idk if i caught food poisoning here . please be careful and order at your own risk.. makes me want to stop eating fast food period it’s not the same anymore .
The employees do not practice sensation! They stand around on their phones with gloves on and then when they have to make the food they use the same gloves to touch the food! Disgusting! On top of that the service is super slow! The wait time is more than 35 minutes!
This place has to have the most incompetent employees. There's a difference in large and medium. You have one job. Didn't give me a straw no ketchup no barbecue sauce. Not worth the time nor patience for incompetence. This the 5th time it's happened.
No milkshakes, no funnel fries... looooooong wait in drive-thru just to even place your order... no way to get out of line... Just horrible! Wish I could give 0! Why in the hood??? Just lazy!
