Went to the actual restaurant and the food wasn’t all that. The cashier was cool. However I believe the food isn’t fresh, but is warmed once order. I could hear the microwave being used, plus my candied yams were chilled, not lukewarm, but chilled. I guess they weren’t heated long enough in the back. Also my peach cobbler did not look nor taste fresh. I will say the Mac and cheese is ?. I went twice, only because I received a coupon for 10% off after my first visit. However when I went back, I didn’t even get the full discount and the food was still not worth it. They seem like nice people, but I won’t be back to this restaurant. Chef Baker catered my son’s birthday party. The food was amazing! Chef Baker gave great care in my needs for the party. He helped me plan out the menu and worked around his schedule to ensure I had a smooth delivery. The food was delivered piping hot and ready to serve. When I ask attendees about the party the first thing they say is the food was top notch! I wish I could say I had a favorite in all the entrees they were all my favorites. Our menu included J Chicken, chicken tenders, Jamaican cabbage, mac and cheese, Fried plantains, Rasta pasta veggie, Rasta pasta with chicken, rice and peas. I will definitely be using Chef Baker in the future. I highly recommend his food and services.
The food was incredible! The wings were perfectly seasoned, and the mac and cheese was wonderfully creamy, just the way I enjoy it. The candied yams had the right level of sweetness and were absolutely delicious! Everything was served hot and fresh. And I can’t forget about the banana pudding—it was so delectable that I had to save some for later. I'm actually enjoying it right now! I give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it. I will definitely be coming back for more.
My son and I found this establishment due to seeing the food truck at a CVS parking lot. We love to try different food vendors. Wow we were delighted by the quality of the food. I had the fried pork chops with loaded mashed potatoes and green beans. My son had the j chicken with mashed potatoes and rice and peas. The food was absolutely delicious. You could tell that the food was prepared by someone who cares about culinary art.

Piedmont Fayette Hospital a food truck comes on the weekends! The food was amazing! I had the collard greens, j chicken, fish, green beans and cabbage! The j chicken is not SPICY enough for me however the flavor is amazing! They do have a spicy sauce on the side which is to my liking! Now I have to visit their restaurant location! A must try if you like food w/flavor!
Our administration hired the chef to cater a Teacher Appreciation lunch for all of our educators, and it was fantastic! The food was freshly cooked, served hot, and incredibly delicious. I had shrimp in curry sauce with white rice and fried plantains. I highly recommend it!
This is the second time I've used Chef Baker's services, and he never fails to impress. Everything is consistently outstanding. He catered our anniversary party, and everything was absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be using his services again.
My uncle took me out to the restaurant. Very nice employees. Food was super good. Fresh crispy. I was full all the way back to Arizona. Stop by you will love it.I will come back.
