Chick-fil-A consistently provides fresh, hot food and features the most efficient drive-thru system I've encountered across seven states, coupled with exceptionally friendly service. The location in Jonesboro, AR, recently underwent a significant renovation to expand the drive-thru, but it can still be somewhat confusing at times. Additionally, the kitchen sometimes struggles to keep up with the high volume of orders. This restaurant is so busy that I doubt even a four-lane drive-thru and a double kitchen would be sufficient to handle the traffic. Jonesboro could definitely benefit from a second location.

The food was delightful, but the service was quite slow. When I got home, I discovered that one of the dishes I ordered was missing, and I didn’t notice it until then. Consequently, my child had to go without a meal, and I had to prepare something for him once we got home.

I've always loved chick-fil-a. The best place I could go to get my favorite chicken is right here. They always have little celebrations and secret things to get something free. I love them 5 star from me.
Fast and efficient service. Excellent staff. The location on the ASU main campus tends to get very busy, but they manage to keep everything running smoothly.
