We ordered extra-well fries, as we do at our local branch, but they informed us that this location is different and doesn't prepare fries that way—they simply can't fry them a bit longer. Additionally, there were no napkins or ketchup available in the dining area. The chicken burgers also seemed smaller than usual, leading me to feel like I was paying a premium for the meal. This could be due to the overall lack of service and available condiments. If you have a chance, I recommend visiting the branch at Crenshaw and Sky Park to see the difference for yourself.
Chick-fil-A serves a chicken sandwich done right—what more can I say? Their menu fries are a bit hit or miss; sometimes they're perfectly cooked, while other times they're overcooked, burnt, and greasy. I recommend skipping the kale salad—it used to be great, but the recipe has changed, and now it's just not good.
The food was tasty, served warm, and presented nicely. The staff were attentive, courteous, friendly, and efficient—truly the best-trained fast food employees I've ever met. The atmosphere was pleasant, with music that was less loud and harsh than usual.
Quality at Chick-fil-A seems to be suffering everywhere. Second bad experience here, tough chicken likely under heat to long and cold fries cooked in dirty grease. I am done with Chick-fil-A.

The restaurant is always busy. Although there are many employees, each person appears to handle only one task. It feels like they hire staff without prior experience. Just my observation.
This Chick-fil-A is the easiest one to visit if you're looking to get in and out quickly, as it doesn't have a drive-thru and isn't usually very crowded. The staff is excellent as well.
The cashier didn't get my order right, even after I repeated it three times. To make matters worse, the food we received was incorrect. I'm quite disappointed!
