So I ate at Chick-fil-A today for dinner today in Madison. To start off my meal was free because the app crashed and I got a free cookie. My meal was delicious. Went to my Jeep and it would not start. This was at 7pm. I went in to see if someone could jump my Jeep. One of the managers came out brought the Chick-fil-A van to help me. The staff at Chick-fil-A made our visit to the restaurant located opposite the East Towne Mall very pleasant. We had 4 children and 2 adults. The cashier was very patient to ensure that we had the order correctly before we received our payment. Although noon hours there were many seating in the restaurant. The food was fresh and hot and delicious. The staff went through the restaurant and asked Diners when they needed refills, spices, etc. That was very nice. You have a play area that the children enjoyed. The only drop is the menu limited options for people with food sensitivity. Great experience and highly recommended.
Nice location but there's room for improvement on order confirmation like asking of name not the always order; the reason being that one could have the same order like someone else. Tonight, a short kept asking about the order I placed but still couldn't pull it out after saying it twice and I initially offered to say my name. Finally, she pulled it up after I said my name; she just made it weird. Either she didn't know she was doing or she just doesnt hear that well; it looks like the former.

that was our first time we stopped somewhere for eating in madison and I tell them, shirley made our experience amazing. they gave us the best recommendations and made a big talk, while there was also a quick and easy transaction. she also mentioned that it was slower in the morning and she had spent time cleaning (we love a clean load.) we will definitely see shirley again.

The food was warm. Although there was a ton of orders, the food was not freshly produced. They would think with high demand that everything would come from the grill immediately. But that was not the case. We ordered four meals and all had half warm meals. McDonald's giving you some hot food. And I'm not sure what the big deal with the waffles is.

Chick-fil-A must be one of the best among all fast food chains out there. This place is no exception beautiful fast service and plenty of space to eat. It's also smooth. There is plenty of space to park your car and not hard to find. A must!
This was a VERY busy location. 3 car drive up inside/outside packed. Limited parking. Had to wait for a spot. Food was made relatively fast and of course fresh since there were so many customers. Bathrooms clean.
