Waited a total of an hour for my food that I ordered ahead of time on the app.30 minutes in the drive through.Parked for 20.Finally went inside to ask for them to check for my food. Waited for a while, had to ask two people and finally found out our food had been there the whole time waiting for someone to bring it out.The majority of the staff were rash, not rude.They were probably stressed out.The store is severely understaffed, unorganized and lacks training.An hour late, 2 kids crying for that hour, a trip inside we finally received our order. I food was cold and soggy.
Now I like my chicken as much as the next gal, but I just don’t think those workers should be sitting in a box in 19 degree weather with no dang heater. Those young ladies fingers were about to fall off with how cold they were. And I appreciate them showing up and doing what they do for the customer, but as a customer I just don’t feel it’s right for them to be in this kind of weather. I don’t know who the manager is but they need to go get a space heater or something for those workers.
when they know me, they know that Chick-fil-A is one of my favorites almost food restaurants. I also love their app. they can easily order on the line and most of the time, their eating is ready when they are in the restaurant. and they always have friendly service. Sometimes they may have to wait a bit because other people order or wait as well as for their food. one of my top almost food restaurants.
Had to park and wait 10 minutes on order,why was I not told it would be a wait when it was already cars waiting for this particular item. This b.s.then send someone out that has no idea what car items are going to .no order people that was behind me getting bigger orders than mine.this store has gone downhill

Food was good and fresh as expected, but worst Chick-fil-a I?ve been to in years, and that?s many all over the place. Only drive thru was open, line was very slow and they forgot part of my order. 4 workers at the window seemed more interested in jokingtogether than doing their job.
Restaurant was clean, staff friendly, food was tasty. I had the seasonal Hot Pepper Pimento Chicken sandwich. It's very good, but messy due to the honey. IMHO the honey doesn't add much the chicken, pimento cheese, and jalapeños overpower it.
Great food and choices just have to wait a long time in the drive-thru. Moves along pretty quickly when there are two team members taking advance orders at the drive-thru.
Staff is very friendly. My order is always fresh and hot . The food is delicious every time. Thank you for great service.

Love Chick-fil-A, line wrapped around building but got through it very fast and order correct and workers so kind.
I asked without pickle, they gave me only chicken patty and bread. Maybe they guessed that I have gout problem :
