Went through drive thru and the employee was very nice but did not give any straws for my drinks. They gave me 4 sauces of ranch for 2 meals. My fries were soggy and my spicy deluxe was not spicy it was the regular chicken. My chicken wrap was mostly greensand wrap, literally half the chicken I get at every other Chik-fil-A. I feel like this establishment lacks high standards Iexpect paying premium for fast food. I heard my pleasure so many times but when I got home my experience was underwhelming tosay the least. I will drive to another location because there was lack of attention to details.
As someone who is from the southeast where Chick-fil-A began? I am disappointed in how Chick-fil-A is run here. Chick-fil-A is supposed to be fast, accurate and above and beyond service oriented. More than once I?ve had to wait over an hour for a deliveryorder. I?ve had missing items and the service leaves a lot to be desired. That is unheard of at other locations whereChick-fil-A was founded. This store really needs retraining because it?s not the Chick-fil-A I?ve known for over 15 years.
I went around 9:15 p.m. on a Thursday. The drive-thru long was very long and not moving. In fact the car in front of me asked me to back out so they could get out of the drive-thru. We both got out of the drive-thru line and parked and went inside to place our orders and that eas much faster. My grilled chicken sandwich and macaroni and cheese were hot and tasty. The lemonade was not quite as good as I remembered from other visits.
The customer service at every Chick-fil-A is consistently outstanding. The atmosphere is friendly and the food is delicious. This particular location stands out with its spacious and impeccably clean dining area. Ms. Deborah, who greets every guest with warmth and attentiveness, truly makes this place feel like home. It's a perfect spot to take a break from the hustle and bustle while enjoying a meal.

The food here is great, just like at all Chick-fil-A locations. What really stands out is a woman who works inside; she brings food to customers and clears trays, and she is always cheerful and friendly. I've dined here several times, and the experience is consistently wonderful. I'm really impressed by her.
This Chick-fil-A is awesome! I've eaten here a few times and it's always been a great experience : I came with my friend on 9/8/22 and Christian took our order. He was so polite and perfectly accurate! I will definitely be coming back. The staff was sofriendly and the food is delicious as always!
Ms. Deb is one of a kind! Her hospitality and kindness is 15 out of 10. We need more like her. I normally don't sit down to eat, but I did today to see her interact with customers is it...she made my day
Outside staffers are knowledgeable focused quick even at lunchtime they keep the cars moving so when you get to the pickup drive through window BANG BAG NAME ORDER EXCELLENT!! Great job and service

The Spice Deluxe and Nuggets were delicious, and the staff was very friendly. However, since it was lunchtime, there were a lot of students, which made it quite noisy.
