I order what's listed on the pictures below and instead I only got these item's? I'm not sure if the Uber driver was eating the fries or kept the rest of the food but I notified Uber Eats. The service was usually good, but today it fell short. I was hoping for a better customer service experience. I’m not requesting anything elaborate—just a simple greeting to acknowledge me and a brief update if things were taking longer than usual. Instead, I felt overlooked, which was disappointing.
Paola was super nice polite to me. I loved her professionalism. She was very respectful and patient as I placed my order today. She I washed my hands, she so generously asked me what sauces I wanted?which I forgot to request. Amazing experience with her Jason!! 2 outstanding people

I had the best Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. I felt like royalty during my visit. The staff was incredibly quick, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere was also lovely and festive, perfect for the holiday season.
You have the best ice that the cones are back at this point. If I have a bad day, I'm just going for an ice cone. The little things that make us happy. Pasadena has no cones yet. There are also food good.

This is mine my daughter's favorite Chick-fil-A to go to, we love their fast service and yummy food. The drive threw is excellent which has 2 order windows so the wait usual isn't long.
Received not even half a piece of chicken on the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. Terrible. The cooks should know better than to serve this. Give Chick-fil-A a bad reputation
