Been a good while since I have ate there due to service not being that good and rude..decided to give it a try yesterday evening (3/2/2024) and it was still the same..service was not good, took them forever to come get drink order and when they finally came and brought them it was wrong, waited again for them to bring my drink, finally came back and waiter took order..order finally came..asked for ketchup and ended up having to get myself..waiter was just lost and confused..my food was ok..wife got half order of skillet fries which were burnt and not good..too many staff members sitting around in back gossiping..I think our waiter was the only one waiting on tables..and they were not that bu...
The ceaser salad was nothing but plain lettuce with a sprinkle of shredded cheese on the bottom of ribbed container.There was no tomatoes or cucumbers with just a few croutons on the side. How do a person get the cheese off the bottom of the container. The double bacon cheeseburger had no lettuce, tomato,mustard ketchup,onion on the burger at all like the menue stated. The loaded potato only had a very small amount of cream potatoes topped with a sprinkle of cheese with bacon bits on top. This was what I call being cheated out of what was advertised. If you don't believe me order this and see how bad it is.
I placed a to-go order and was told it would take 15 minutes. However, after waiting 30 minutes, they had just started on part of my order. I eventually asked them to just give me the rest of my order and process a refund. Upon checking, they also forgot to include something else. Additionally, the bathroom had a strong smell of marijuana. On the positive side, the server was friendly, but the management didn’t seem to care at all. I won’t be returning.
Went to Chili's for dinner. I hadn't been there in a while. It used to be our favorite place to go but had gone downhill over the last few years. I was very pleasantly surprised as everything was way better this time around. The manager, Dana, was amazing. She took great care of me and later my wife when she showed up a bit later. With people like Dana there, the place is in good hands, and I look forward to going back.

Do better chilis. You have employees screaming and cursing and saying racial slurs from the back that can be heard from the dining area. Couldn’t even have a conversation without hearing any of that.
The server did an excellent job, but waiting two hours for a couple of simple orders was utterly unreasonable, especially considering there were only six of us in the entire restaurant.
The food was good but I'm still sad that they stopped serving garlic aloli. It was the best part of the sliders.
I absolutely love the wings at this restaurant! The burgers are also gigantic! I highly recommend it!
